Education: I am a licensed mental health counselor who is licensed by the Board of Mental Health and Human Services in Massachusetts for ten years and have been in the mental health field for 20 years. I received a professional counseling Master’s degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and a B.S. in Counseling with a minor in Psychology. 

Approach: I am a client centered therapist who utilizes a sex positive approach pulling from many tools from evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (based in Attachment theory), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. 

Population: Most recently I have been engaged in Telehealth therapy with adult individuals and couples for over 5 years.
