How I can help you

Depression

Do you feel blah? Like, it is hard to do things you loved before? Feeling isolated and stuck? Depression can manifest in many ways in our lives, and I can compassionately support you in meeting your goals.

Anxiety

Anxiety can impact your life through negative self talk, irritability/anger, and feeling like your brain never stops. The cycle of emotional intensity and exhaustion can take a toll. I can help you break this cycle.

Relationships

Whether it is a pattern in relationships over time or an event you are experiencing with a current partner/relationship I can support you with effective communication, understanding root causes, and building healthy connections with others.

Sexuality

Sexuality can feel complex for many reasons. My goal is to support people in finding a healthy relationship with their expression of sexuality.

Trauma

With my guidance we will explore and process your experience. Helping you to navigate its impact on your life with compassion and my expertise is my greatest goal.

Grief

Processing a loss can feel like an overwhelming rollercoaster. It is important for me to help you through education, empathy, and counsel.

Why therapy?

There are many reasons why you might be considering therapy. It might be a drive to understand the sense of unease you feel day to day. It might be because an event occurred that you want to talk about, and examine the impact of. Perhaps you keep asking yourself, "Why?" and you want guidance in sorting out questions you have about your life. It may be because someone in your life recommended therapy to you.

Whether you have been in therapy before or this is your first time I am here to help you understand your goals and support you through the process of feeling a sense of solace and satisfaction with your life in general. Everyone comes to therapy with different goals and it is my job to honor your individual experience with my expertise. Do any of these statements sound familiar to you?:

I want a better relationship with my partner.

I want to know why I feel worried all the time.

I want to feel satisfied and fulfilled when it comes to my sexuality.

I want to stop feeling so blah.

I want to learn to have a healthy relationship with friends and/or family.

I want to stop feeling so lonely.

I want to feel like a good parent or caretaker.

I want to feel a healthy connection to my body.

I want to stop feeling afraid.

I want to process the end of a relationship.

I want support in my grief process.

If you have been suffering alone, feel like nobody understands, or feel guilty talking to others about the “same thing over and over,” I am here to share something different and break the cycle of feeling stuck.
